1Pour 250ml of water into a pan and bring to the boil, turn down the heat and bring the water to simmer before adding in your cacao.
2Stir in the cacao with a wooden spoon or whisk and add the coconut sugar and stir until cacao and has melted.
3Allow to cool then add 5 cubes of ice (if you'd like to cool your drink quicker, then try adding 10 ice cubes and pour everything into a blender and mix for 30 seconds. Add more ice if needed.
